Board and Leadership Roles
As a cooperative preschool, our business operations are run by our member families. The board and leadership team help to set policies, make recommendations, and oversee day-to-day business functions, hiring, and our various functional teams. The Board President, Secretary, and Treasurer are essential roles voted on by the membership at large while additional roles such as Personnel, Operations, Fundraising, Marketing, and more are determined and appointed by the board.
