Sometimes family life gets busy! The MAC is an all-ages, drop-off classroom available on an hourly basis for existing MCP members.

About the Multi-Age Classroom (MAC)

The MAC is an all-ages classroom available on an hourly basis to current MCP members. Priority is given to parents who are working in class, with reservations first-come, first-serve thereafter. Families must register all children attending the MAC in Jovial.

Rates:

  • Infant (3 to 18 months): $28/hr

  • Little Kid (19-35 months): $23/hr

  • Big Kid (36 + months): $18/hr

Policies

The MAC is available to current MCP students and siblings, ages 3 months - 8 years of age. Log onto your Jovial account to register. Contact ​​membership.chair@magnoliacoop.org if you have any questions regarding registration.

  1. MAC reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by submitting a reservation form. The form can be found on the Jovial Family Portal. If you have any further questions, please contact our MAC team at mac.room@magnoliacoop.org.

    • Priority for reservations is given to parents who are working in another class. After that, reservations are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.

  2. The volunteer requirement for participating in the MAC is one hour per month per child registered.

  3. Payments are billed monthly on the first of each month through Jovial.

  4. Cancellations / No shows: Please notify the MAC team at mac.room@magnoliacoop.org as soon as possible or before 8 am on the scheduled day. You may also send a message in the MAC WhatsApp group for cancellations. No shows may be charged for the hours that you signed up.

  5. What to bring: Please provide a change of clothes, a water bottle, and a snack/or lunch for your child, keeping in mind our school’s No Nut Policy. 

  6. Outside time: Weather permitting, there will be 45 minutes of outside playground time each day. Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately. Please also bring a helmet if your child would like to ride the bikes and scooters.

Donations of supplies (diapers, wipes, sanitizer, kleenex, snacks, etc.) are welcomed.
