Multi-Age Classroom (“MAC”)

Available for current MCP members only

How Does It Work?

1. Email vc.membership@magnoliacoop.org to register your child in the MAC

2. Email mac.room@magnoliacoop.org to reserve your spot. You must give 48 hours notice.

3. Priority for reservations are given to parents who are working in another class. After that, reservations are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.

4. The volunteer requirement for participating in the MAC is one hour a month per child registered.

Policies

• Priority goes to in-class working requests

• Payments are billed monthly on the first of each month through Jovial.

• Cancellations / No Shows: please notify the MAC as soon as possible or before 8am on the scheduled day. No Shows will be charged for the full 4 hours for that day.

• What to bring -Please provide a water bottle and a snack/or lunch for your child keeping in mind our school’s No Nut Policy. Please provide a change of clothes.

• Outside - Weather permitting, there will be 45 minutes of outside playground time each day. Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately. Please also bring a helmet if you child would like to ride the bikes and scooters.

Donations of supplies (diapers, wipes, sanitizer, kleenex, snacks, etc.) are welcomed.
